Bengaluru, July 13: The students of class III of Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Somanahalli visited Arunachaleshwar Temple, Rashtrotthana Goshala, Mudenahalli and Usiru Resort as part of their first educational trip.
• First, the students had darshan of the gods at the Arunachaleshwar Temple and learned about the history, religious traditions and spiritual values of the temple.
• Then they visited Rashtrotthana Goshala and saw different breeds of cows. They got information about the upbringing and nutrition of cows, their importance and the place of the cow in Indian culture. They were happy to see the cleanliness and maintenance of the Goshala.
• Then they visited Usiru Resort and participated in various recreational activities in the lap of nature. The students played in teams and realised the importance of cooperation, discipline and friendship. They also learned about the need to protect the green environment.

ಮೂರನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಮೊದಲ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಪ್ರವಾಸದ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿ ಅರುಣಾಚಲೇಶ್ವರ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನ, ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ಗೋಶಾಲೆ, ಮೂಡೇನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಉಸಿರು ರಿಸಾರ್ಟ್‌ಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿದರು.
• ಮೊದಲಿಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅರುಣಾಚಲೇಶ್ವರ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ದೇವರ ದರ್ಶನ ಪಡೆದು, ದೇವಾಲಯದ ಇತಿಹಾಸ, ಧಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಸಂಪ್ರದಾಯಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಂಡರು.
• ನಂತರ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ಗೋಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ವಿವಿಧ ತಳಿಯ ಹಸುಗಳನ್ನು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿದರು. ಹಸುಗಳ ಪಾಲನೆ–ಪೋಷಣೆ, ಅವುಗಳ ಮಹತ್ವ ಹಾಗೂ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗೋಮಾತೆಯ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಪಡೆದರು. ಗೋಶಾಲೆಯ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಯನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಿ ಸಂತೋಷಪಟ್ಟರು.
• ನಂತರ ಉಸಿರು ರಿಸಾರ್ಟ್‌ಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಪ್ರಕೃತಿಯ ಮಡಿಲಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವಿಧ ಮನರಂಜನಾ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದರು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಂಡವಾಗಿ ಆಟವಾಡಿ, ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಸಹಕಾರ, ಶಿಸ್ತು ಹಾಗೂ ಸ್ನೇಹದ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಅರಿತುಕೊಂಡರು. ಹಸಿರು ಪರಿಸರವನ್ನು ಸಂರಕ್ಷಿಸುವ ಅಗತ್ಯದ ಬಗ್ಗೆಯೂ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಂಡರು.
