Bengaluru, June 26: Faculty Development Programme was conducted herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Somanahalli.
• Teachers wrote their professional aspirations on slips of paper, folded them into paper boats and floated them on the water.
• The principal highlighted the importance of lifelong learning and encouraged every teacher to continuously enrich their knowledge and strengthen their professional portfolio.
• The session included a PowerPoint presentation to motivate teachers to pursue continuous professional and personal growth.
• The programme concluded with an inspiring video showcasing this year’s Padma Bhushan awardees, eminent educationists.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಜೂ. 26: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಸೋಮನಹಳ್ಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು.
• ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರ ಆಕಾಂಕ್ಷೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾಗದದ ಚೀಟಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆದು, ಕಾಗದದ ದೋಣಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಡಿಸಿ, ನೀರಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ತೇಲಿಬಿಟ್ಟರು.
• ಪ್ರಧಾನಾಚಾರ್ಯರು ಆಜೀವ ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ತೋರಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಉತ್ಕೃಷ್ಟಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರ ಬಂಡವಾಳವನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸಲು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಿದರು.
• ಅಧಿವೇಶನವು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ನಿರಂತರ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರ ಮತ್ತು ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಲು ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸುವ ಪವರ್‌ಪಾಯಿಂಟ್ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಿಯನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿತ್ತು.
• ಈ ವರ್ಷದ ಪದ್ಮಭೂಷಣ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ಪುರಸ್ಕೃತರನ್ನು, ಪ್ರಖ್ಯಾತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣತಜ್ಞರನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸುವ ಸ್ಪೂರ್ತಿದಾಯಕ ವೀಡಿಯೊದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಮುಕ್ತಾಯವಾಯಿತು.
