Sarojini Naidu Jayanti Celebration in RVK – Somanahalli

Bengaluru, Feb 13: Sarojini Naidu Jayanti was celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Somanahalli.
Druti, a student of class V, dressed up as Smt. Sarojini Naidu and recited her words. Then Sumedha talked about Sarojini Naidu life story, her role in the freedom struggle and her political life. Then a visual presentation about Sarojini Naidu was shown to provide more information.

Matru Bhasha Diwas in RVK – Somanahalli

Bengaluru, Feb 21: Matru Bhasha Diwas was celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Somanahalli.
Ku. Varsha spoke about the importance of Kannada language and the origin of Kannada script.
Ku. Harshini spoke about the importance and origin of Sanskrit language in India and also explained the history and literature of Hindi language.

‘Rashtrotsava’ Celebration in RVK – Somanahalli

Bengaluru, Feb. 8: Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Somanahalli celebrated the ‘Rashtrotsava’ under the theme ‘Jayatu Bharatam – From Innocence to Patriotism’. The Chief Guest was Smt. Tejaswini Ananth Kumar, President and Co-Founder of Adamya Chetana Foundation. The guests were welcomed with a Poorna Kumbha. The Chief Guest, Smt. Tejaswini Ananth Kumar spoke about the work of Adamya Chetana Sanstha towards reducing the use of plastic.
