Bengaluru, Dec. 22: Renowned mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan Jayanti and Mathematics Week were celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Somanahalli.
Students spoke about Srinivasa Ramanujan’s life and his remarkable contributions to the field of mathematics, As part of the Mathematics Week, various activities were organized to develop interest and logical thinking among students. Math quizzes, puzzles, mental math activities, problem-solving sessions and chart displays were conducted. Teachers explained the relevance of mathematics in daily life and encouraged students to overcome the fear of mathematics through practice and curiosity.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಡಿ. 22: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಸೋಮನಹಳ್ಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ಗಣಿತಜ್ಞ ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ ರಾಮಾನುಜನ್ ಜಯಂತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಗಣಿತ ಸಪ್ತಾಹವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ ರಾಮಾನುಜನ್ ಅವರ ಜೀವನ ಮತ್ತು ಗಣಿತ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಗಮನಾರ್ಹ ಕೊಡುಗೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು, ಗಣಿತ ಸಪ್ತಾಹದ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು ತಾರ್ಕಿಕ ಚಿಂತನೆಯನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸಲು ವಿವಿಧ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಗಣಿತ ರಸಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳು, ಒಗಟುಗಳು, ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಗಣಿತ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳು, ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ-ಪರಿಹಾರ ಅವಧಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಚಾರ್ಟ್ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ದೈನಂದಿನ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಗಣಿತದ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತತೆಯನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಅಭ್ಯಾಸ ಮತ್ತು ಕುತೂಹಲದ ಮೂಲಕ ಗಣಿತದ ಭಯವನ್ನು ಹೋಗಲಾಡಿಸಲು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಿದರು.
