The program started by laying flowers on the portraits of Lokmanya Balagangadhar Tilak and Chandrasekhar Azad.Students performed masquerade. Through their speech, the students remembered the sacrifices of Balgangadhar Tilak and Chandrasekhar Azad for the country.
ಭಾರತದ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ಹೋರಾಟಗಾರರ ಕುರಿತು ನಮ್ಮ ಭಕ್ತಿ ಗೌರವಾದರಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚಲಿ, ಸ್ವಾಭಿಮಾನ ದೇಶಾಭಿಮಾನ ಬೆಳೆಸಿಕೊಂಡು ನಾವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಸತ್ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳಾಗೋಣ. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಜುಲೈ 23: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಸೋಮನಹಳ್ಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೇಶಭಕ್ತ ಲೋಕಮಾನ್ಯ ಬಾಲಗಂಗಾಧರ್ ತಿಲಕ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಖರ್ ಆಜಾದ್ ಅವರ ಜಯಂತಿಯನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಪ್ರಧಾನಾಚಾರ್ಯರು ಲೋಕಮಾನ್ಯ ಬಾಲಗಂಗಾಧರ್ ತಿಲಕ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಖರ್ ಆಜಾದ್ ಅವರ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಪುಷ್ಪಾರ್ಚನೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಆರಂಭಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಛದ್ಮವೇಷವನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು. ಬಾಲಗಂಗಾಧರ್ ತಿಲಕ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಖರ್ ಆಜಾದ್ ಅವರು ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಾಣತ್ಯಾಗ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ಭಾಷಣದ ಮೂಲಕ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನೆನಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರು.
