Bengaluru, Aug. 27-29: Ganesha Chatuthri was celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Somanahalli. On the first day, Lord Ganesha was installed in the school chapel and worship was performed according to the scriptures. Devotional songs and dance performances were also performed on Lord Ganesha. On the second day, Lord Ganesha was offered flowers and mantras were chanted. The importance of Lord Ganesha Chaturthi was shown in a PPT. On the third day, during the Ganesh Visarjan, as per the motto of RP@60, a “Family Sahabhojan” was organized for all the non-teaching staff. A special meal was arranged so that everyone could enjoy the festive spirit together. As per the Ganesha Visarjan, Lord Ganesha was offered flowers and worshiped in a devotional manner. The school teachers explained the importance of Lord Ganesha Visarjan. The children performed dances, plays, bhajans, and chanted victory slogans to Lord Ganesha, and performed mantra chants, celebrating the festival of Ganesha in the school premises and in front of the classrooms.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಆ. 27-29: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಸೋಮನಹಳ್ಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗಣೇಶೋತ್ಸವವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಮೊದಲನೆಯ ದಿನ ಗಣಪತಿಯನ್ನು ಶಾಲೆಯ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನಾ ಮಂದಿರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಾಪನೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರ ಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಪೂಜೆಯನ್ನು ನೆರವೇರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಭಕ್ತಿ ಗೀತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಗಣಪತಿಯ ಕುರಿತು ನಾಟ್ಯಪ್ರದರ್ಶನಗಳನ್ನೂ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಎರಡನೇ ದಿನವೂ ಗಣಪತಿಗೆ ಪುಷ್ಪಾರ್ಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಮಂತ್ರ ಪಠಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಗಣಪತಿ ಚತುರ್ಥಿಯ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಪಿಪಿಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೋರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಮೂರನೆಯ ದಿನ ಗಣೇಶ ವಿಸರ್ಜನೆಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ, RP@60 ರ ಧ್ಯೇಯವಾಕ್ಯದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಬೋಧಕೇತರ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಾಗಿ “ಕುಟುಂಬ ಸಹಭೋಜನ”ವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಒಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಹಬ್ಬದ ಉತ್ಸಾಹವನ್ನು ಆನಂದಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗುವಂತೆ ವಿಶೇಷ ಊಟವನ್ನು ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಗಣಪನ ವಿಸರ್ಜನೆ ಯಥಾ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಗಣಪತಿಗೆ ಪುಷ್ಪಾರ್ಚನೆ, ಭಕ್ತಿ ಪೂರ್ವಕವಾದ ಪೂಜೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಶಾಲೆಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಗಣಪತಿಯ ವಿಸರ್ಜನೆಯ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಗಣಪತಿಗೆ ನಾಟ್ಯ, ನಾಟಕ, ಭಜನೆ, ಮತ್ತು ಜಯ ಘೋಷಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೂಗುತ್ತಾ, ಮಂತ್ರ ಪಠಣೆಗಳ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ, ಶಾಲಾ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ತರಗತಿಗಳ ಮುಂದೆ ಗಣಪತಿಯ ಉತ್ಸವವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದರು.
