Bengaluru, July 29: Guru Purnima program was celebrated at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Somanahalli.
- Students were made aware of the importance of Guru Purnima, the ideal of Guru-Shishya tradition and the great status of Guru in life. The life of Adiguru Veda Vyasa Maharishi, his unique knowledge, his great service in the collection of the Vedas and Puranas and his invaluable contributions to Indian culture were explained.
- Students respectfully bowed to their Guru and received blessings.
- They resolved to adopt the Guru’s guidance in life and develop a good personality and grow into good citizens.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಜು. 29: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಸೋಮನಹಳ್ಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗುರು ಪೂರ್ಣಿಮಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
- ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಗುರು ಪೂರ್ಣಿಮೆಯ ಮಹತ್ವ, ಗುರು-ಶಿಷ್ಯ ಪರಂಪರೆಯ ಆದರ್ಶ ಹಾಗೂ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಗುರುವಿನ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠ ಸ್ಥಾನಮಾನದ ಕುರಿತು ತಿಳಿಸಿಕೊಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಆದಿಗುರು ವೇದವ್ಯಾಸ ಮಹರ್ಷಿಗಳ ಜೀವನ, ಅವರ ಅಪೂರ್ವ ಜ್ಞಾನ, ವೇದಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಪುರಾಣಗಳ ಸಂಗ್ರಹದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಮಹತ್ತರ ಸೇವೆ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಅಮೂಲ್ಯ ಕೊಡುಗೆಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ವಿವರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
- ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಗುರುಗಳಿಗೆ ಗೌರವದಿಂದ ನಮಸ್ಕರಿಸಿ ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದ ಪಡೆದರು.
- ಗುರುವಿನ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನವನ್ನು ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಉತ್ತಮ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿತ್ವವನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಹಾಗೂ ಸತ್ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳಾಗಿ ಬೆಳೆಯುವ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪವನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಂಡರು.
