Bengaluru, May 31: Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Somanahalli, organised Aksharabhyas and Vidyarambha programs for the newly admitted students with Ganapati Puja and Saraswati Homa. The program was graced by the divine presence of His Holiness Jagadguru Sri Sri Sivananda Bharathi Swamiji.
• He was welcomed with a Poorna Kumbha reception.
• Sri Arun Kumar also participated in the program.
• Pujya Swamiji performed the Poornahuti and inaugurated the program by lighting the lamp.
• Visuals introducing the mission and objectives of Rashtrotthana Parishat were displayed.
• Swamiji performed a garland and blessed the students.
• The students of the school presented Saraswati Stuti.
• Swamiji himself wrote the letter “Om” for the students and made them practice the letters.
• Swamiji addressed the students and parents and explained the importance of Indian culture, heritage and values.
He said that culture should be developed in childhood, and it is the duty of parents and society to create a suitable environment for it. Explaining that “Kshara” means to be destroyed and “Akshara” means not to be destroyed, he said that students should develop wisdom, knowledge and culture along with literacy.
Education is to develop the ability to identify truth and falsehood. He said that good association and good education make life worthwhile. Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra aims to create good citizens through education. Students are being educated under the Panchamukhi education system and Gurukul tradition. The admission of children to this school is a sign of the good intentions of the parents, and he blessed the students for a bright future. He said that life can be made meaningful only by acquiring knowledge and wisdom.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಮೇ 31: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಸೋಮನಹಳ್ಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆಯಾದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಅಕ್ಷರಾಭ್ಯಾಸ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿದ್ಯಾರಂಭ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಗಣಪತಿ ಪೂಜೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸರಸ್ವತಿ ಹೋಮದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಪರಮಪೂಜ್ಯ ಜಗದ್ಗುರು ಶ್ರೀ ಶ್ರೀ ಶಿವಾನಂದ ಭಾರತಿ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿಯವರ ದಿವ್ಯ ಸಾನ್ನಿಧ್ಯ ವಹಿಸಿ ಆಗಮಿಸಿದರು.
• ಅವರನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಕುಂಭ ಸ್ವಾಗತದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬರಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಯಿತು.
• ಶ್ರೀ ಅರುಣ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರೂ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
• ಪೂಜ್ಯ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿಯವರು ಪೂರ್ಣಾಹುತಿಯನ್ನು ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿ, ದೀಪಪ್ರಜ್ವಲನೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
• ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನ ಧ್ಯೇಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಉದ್ದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಚಯಿಸುವ ದೃಶ್ಯಾವಳಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
• ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿಯವರು ಪುಷ್ಪಾರ್ಚನೆ ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
• ಶಾಲೆಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸರಸ್ವತಿ ಸ್ತುತಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
• ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿಯವರು ಸ್ವತಃ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ “ಓಂ” ಅಕ್ಷರವನ್ನು ಬರೆಸಿ ಅಕ್ಷರಾಭ್ಯಾಸ ಮಾಡಿಸಿದರು.
ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿಯವರು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಪೋಷಕರನ್ನು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ, ಪರಂಪರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.
• ಸಂಸ್ಕಾರವು ಬಾಲ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಬೆಳೆಯಬೇಕು ಹಾಗೂ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ವಾತಾವರಣವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುವುದು ಪೋಷಕರ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಾಜದ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯವೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
• “ಕ್ಷರ” ಎಂದರೆ ನಾಶವಾಗುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ “ಅಕ್ಷರ” ಎಂದರೆ ನಾಶವಾಗದೆ ಇರುವುದು ಎಂದು ವಿವರಿಸಿ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅಕ್ಷರಜ್ಞಾನದ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ವಿವೇಕ, ಜ್ಞಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಕಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
• ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವೆಂದರೆ ಸತ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಅಸತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸುವ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸುವುದು.
ಉತ್ತಮ ಸಹವಾಸ ಮತ್ತು ಉತ್ತಮ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವು ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ಸಾರ್ಥಕಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಮೂಲಕ ಉತ್ತಮ ನಾಗರಿಕರನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸುವುದು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಉದ್ದೇಶವಾಗಿದೆ.
ಪಂಚಮುಖಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪದ್ಧತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಗುರುಕುಲ ಸಂಪ್ರದಾಯದ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಈ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸಿರುವುದು ಪೋಷಕರ ಸದುದ್ದೇಶದ ಸಂಕೇತವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಭವಿಷ್ಯ ಉಜ್ವಲವಾಗಲಿ ಎಂದು ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸಿದರು. ಜ್ಞಾನ ಮತ್ತು ವಿವೇಕವನ್ನು ಸಂಪಾದಿಸುವುದರ ಮೂಲಕವೇ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ಸಾರ್ಥಕಗೊಳಿಸಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
