Bengaluru, Sept 26: Students of Gokulam of Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Somanahalli, celebrated Fruit Day.Effective activities including rhyme session, fruit salad making activity and colourful ramp walk were organized on Fruit Day.The celebration started with a rhyme session. The rhymes consisted of verses about various fruits.Each child brought a different kind of fruit and was diverse. Children enjoyed fruits and encouraged healthy eating habits.Children dressed in different fruits and walked the ramp. Some shared fun facts about the fruit they chose.
ಹಣ್ಣಿನ ದಿನವು ಕಲಿಕೆ, ಸೃಜನಶೀಲತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಖುಷಿಯಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿತ್ತು. ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಹಣ್ಣಿನ ಲೋಕವನ್ನು ಶೋಧಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಹಕಾರಿಯಾಯಿತು. ತಂಡದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವುದು, ಸ್ವ-ಅಭಿವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ, ಹಾಗೂ ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರ ಆಹಾರದ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸದ ಬಗ್ಗೆಕಲಿಸಿತು.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಸಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 26: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಸೋಮನಹಳ್ಳಿಯ ಗೋಕುಲಂ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಹಣ್ಣಿನ ದಿನವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಿದರು. ಹಣ್ಣಿನ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ರೈಮ್ ಸೆಷನ್, ಫ್ರೂಟ್ ಸಲಾಡ್ ಮಾಡುವ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ವರ್ಣರಂಜಿತ ರ್ಯಾಂಪ್ ವಾಕ್ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ರೈಮ್ ಸೆಶನ್‍ನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಆಚರಣೆಯು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು. ರೈಮ್‍ಗಳು ವಿವಿಧ ಹಣ್ಣುಗಳ ಬಗೆಗಿನ ಪದ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿತ್ತು.ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಮಗುವೂ ಬೇರೆಬೇರೆ ಬಗೆಯ ಹಣ್ಣನ್ನು ತಂದಿದ್ದು, ವೈವಿಧ್ಯಮಯವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಹಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನು ಸವಿದು, ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರ ಆಹಾರ ಪದ್ಧತಿಯನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸಿದರು.ಮಕ್ಕಳು ವಿವಿಧ ಹಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿ, ರ್ಯಾಂಪ್ ವಾಕ್ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಕೆಲವರು ತಾವು ಆಯ್ಕೆಮಾಡಿದ ಹಣ್ಣಿನ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮೋಜಿನ ಸಂಗತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು.
