Respectful salutations to the Guru who helps individuals see through the veil of ignorance with the gift of knowledge. Bengaluru, July 20: Guru Purnima was celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Somanahalli.The program was started by garlanding the portrait of Guru Vyasaraya by the Principal. Devotional songs about Guru were sung by the students and a dance performance was performed.Every year Guru Purnima is celebrated on the Purnima day of the month of Ashadha. In their speech, the students said that the role played by a Guru in a student’s life changes his life path. In the end the children received the Guru’s blessings.
ಅಜ್ಞಾನವೆಂಬ ಕತ್ತಲೆಯಿಂದ ಕುರುಡನಾದ ಜೀವಿಗಳ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನು ಯಾರು ಜ್ಞಾನವೆಂಬ ಅಂಜನ ಹಚ್ಚಿದ ಶಲಾಕೆಯಿಂದ ತೆರೆಯುತ್ತಾರೋ ಅಂತಹ ಗುರುವಿಗೆ ನಮಸ್ಕಾರಗಳು.ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಜುಲೈ 20: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ, ಸೋಮನಹಳ್ಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗುರುಪೂರ್ಣಿಮೆಯನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಪ್ರಧಾನಚಾರ್ಯರಿಂದ ಗುರು ವ್ಯಾಸರಾಯರ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಪುಷ್ಪಾರ್ಚನೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಆರಂಭಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ಗುರುವಿನ ಕುರಿತಾದ ಭಕ್ತಿಗೀತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಡಲಾಯಿತು ಹಾಗೂ ನೃತ್ಯಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರವನ್ನು ನೆರವೇರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಷ ಗುರುಪೂರ್ಣಿಮೆಯನ್ನು ಆಷಾಢ ಮಾಸದ ಪೂರ್ಣಿಮೆಯಂದು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಒಬ್ಬ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಗುರು ವಹಿಸುವ ಪಾತ್ರದಿಂದ ಆತನ ಜೀವನಪಥವೇ ಬದಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎನ್ನುವ ಮಾತನ್ನು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಗುರುಗಳ ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದರು.
