Bengaluru, Jan. 10: Makarasankranti festival was celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Somanahalli Children decorated the school and sang a harvest song about Sankranti festival. Then they introduced the importance of Sankranti festival. They did a dance performance to the harvest song. Then the Principal Ramya informed the children about the purpose of celebrating Sankranti festival and the specialness of Vaikuntha Ekadashi.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಜ. 10: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಸೋಮನಹಳ್ಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಕರಸಂಕ್ರಾಂತಿ ಹಬ್ಬವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಶಾಲೆಯನ್ನು ಅಲಂಕರಿಸಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಸಂಕ್ರಾಂತಿ ಹಬ್ಬವನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಸುಗ್ಗಿ ಹಾಡನ್ನು ಹಾಡಿದರು. ನಂತರ ಸಂಕ್ರಾಂತಿ ಹಬ್ಬದ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಪರಿಚಯಿಸಿದರು. ಸುಗ್ಗಿಯ ಹಾಡಿಗೆ ನೃತ್ಯ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದರು. ನಂತರ ಪ್ರಧಾನಾಚಾರ್ಯರಾದ ರಮ್ಯಾ ಅವರು ಸಂಕ್ರಾಂತಿ ಹಬ್ಬವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ವೈಕುಂಠ ಏಕಾದಶಿಯ ವಿಶೇಷತೆಯನ್ನು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು.
