Bengaluru, June 20: ‘Green Day’ was celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Somanahalli.In the green campus, attractive charts and drawing, craft, fruits and vegetables were displayed in the activity room. Gokulam’s little children and Pradhanacharya inaugurated the exhibition.After the inauguration, a green head band was tied to all the children. Later, a circle was formed for rhyme time with the principal and teachers in the display area. Gokulam’s teacher explained each of the displayed fruits, vegetables and leaves. Green Day was also decorated in every class. At the end of the day green vegetables were dubbed by the children.
‘Green Day’ is celebrated to make children aware of the color green.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು,ಜೂನ್ 20:ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ-ಸೋಮನಹಳ್ಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಸಿರು ದಿನವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.ಹಸಿರಿನಿಂದ ಕಂಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ಕ್ಯಾಂಪಸ್-ನಲ್ಲಿ ಆಕರ್ಷಕ ಚಾರ್ಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಡ್ರಾಯಿಂಗ್, ಕ್ರಾಫ್ಟ್, ಹಣ್ಣು ತರಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆ್ಯಕ್ಟಿವಿಟಿ ರೂಂನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿತು.ಗೋಕುಲಂನ ಚಿಕ್ಕಮಕ್ಕಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಧಾನಾಚಾರ್ಯರು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನವನ್ನು ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿದರು.ಉದ್ಘಾಟನೆಯ ಬಳಿಕ ಮಕ್ಕಳೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಗ್ರೀನ್ ಹೆಡ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಡ್-ಅನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಲಾಯಿತು.ಬಳಿಕ ಡಿಸ್ಪ್ಲೇ ಏರಿಯಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಾಚಾರ್ಯರು ಹಾಗೂ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರೊಂದಿಗೆ ರೈಮ್ ಟೈಮ್-ಗಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಲ್-ಅನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಗೋಕುಲಂನ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದೂ ಹಣ್ಣು, ತರಕಾರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಎಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸಿ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು. ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಗವನ್ನೂ ಹಸಿರು-ಹಸಿರಾಗಿ ಅಲಂಕರಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ದಿನದ ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರೀನ್ ತರಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಚಿಕ್ಕಮಕ್ಕಳು ಡಬ್ಬಿಂಗ್ ಮಾಡಿದರು.ಒಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಹಸಿರು ಬಣ್ಣದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅರಿವು ಮೂಡಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ‘ಹಸಿರು ದಿನ’ವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
