Bengaluru, Aug 8: ‘Blue Day’ was celebrated by the Gokulam children herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Somanahalli, with the aim of introducing the life of marine life to the little children of Gokulam, under the theme ‘World of Marine’. Students, teachers, and the principal wore different shades of blue. The program was started by introducing the color blue during the Rhyme session. A short video about marine life was shown to the children. Children did craft activities. Children learn about marine life in a fun and interactive way. The Blue Day celebration not only educates children about marine life but also helps bring out the creativity in children.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 8: ಗೋಕುಲಂನ ಪುಟ್ಟ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಸಾಗರದ ಜೀವಿಗಳ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ಪರಿಚಯಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ‘ವಲ್ಡ್ ಆಫ್ ಮರೀನ್’ ಎನ್ನುವ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನಾಧರಿಸಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಸೋಮನಹಳ್ಳಿಯ ಗೋಕುಲಂ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಂದ ‘ಬ್ಲ್ಯೂ ಡೇ’ಯನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು, ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಧಾನಾಚಾರ್ಯರು ಬೇರೆಬೇರೆ ಶೇಡ್‍ಗಳಿರುವ ನೀಲಿ ಬಣ್ಣದ ಉಡುಗೆಯನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ರೈಮ್ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಲಿ ಬಣ್ಣವನ್ನು ಪರಿಚಯಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಆರಂಭಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಸಾಗರದ ಜೀವಿಗಳ ಕುರಿತಾದ ಸಂಕ್ಷಿಪ್ತ ವೀಡಿಯೋವೊಂದನ್ನು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ತೋರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಆರ್ಟ್ ವರ್ಕ್ ಮಾಡಿದ ಕ್ರಾಫ್ಟ್ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದರು.ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಸಾಗರದ ಜೀವಿಗಳ ಕುರಿತಾಗಿ ವಿನೋದವಾಗಿ ಸಂವಾದಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಂಡರು. ಬ್ಲ್ಯೂ ಡೇ ಆಚರಣೆಯು ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಗರದ ಜೀವಿಗಳ ಕುರಿತಾಗಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಒದಗಿಸಿದ್ದಲ್ಲದೇ, ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿನ ಸೃಜನಾತ್ಮಕತೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಸಹಕಾರಿಯಾಯಿತು.
