Bengaluru, Apr. 5: Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Somanahalli organized a blood donation camp in collaboration with Rashtrotthana Blood Centre, Bengaluru on the occasion of children’s results and P.T. Yam. Day. Smt. Sumitra P., Medical Officer at Rashtrotthana Blood Centre, senior social worker Sri Chandrashekhar R. and the Principal Smt. Ramya inaugurated the program by offering flowers to the portrait of Vidya Bharathi. A parent-teacher meeting was held at the school and parents also donated blood.About 30 units of blood were collected with the cooperation of the school teachers, drivers, assistants and parents.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಏ. 5: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಸೋಮನಹಳ್ಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಹಾಗೂ ಪಿ.ಟಿ.ಯಂ. ದಿನದಂದು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ರಕ್ತಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಸಹಕಾರದೊಂದಿಗೆ ರಕ್ತದಾನ ಶಿಬಿರವನ್ನು ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಿತ್ತು. ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ರಕ್ತಕೇಂದ್ತದಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸಾ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಸುಮಿತ್ರ ಪಿ. ಹಾಗೂ ಹಿರಿಯ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರಾದ ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಖರ್‌ ಆರ್‌. ಮತ್ತು ಶಾಲೆಯ ಪ್ರಧಾನಾಚಾರ್ಯರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ರಮ್ಯಾ ಅವರು ವಿದ್ಯಾಭಾರತಿ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಪುಷ್ಪಾರ್ಚನೆ ಮಾಡುವುದರ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.ಶಾಲೆಯ ಪೋಷಕರ – ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಸಭೆಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಪೋಷಕರು ಸಹ ರಕ್ತವನ್ನು ದಾನ ಮಾಡಿದರು.ಶಾಲೆಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು, ಚಾಲಕರು, ಸಹಾಯಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಪೋಷಕರ ಸಹಕಾರವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದು ಸುಮಾರು 30 ಯೂನಿಟ್‍ನಷ್ಟು ರಕ್ತವನ್ನು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
